1.Input Technical Parameters

The UNITROL 1020 adopts standardized terminal block wiring mode with clear functional partition, which is divided into power supply wiring area, signal sampling wiring area, control input wiring area, excitation output wiring area and communication wiring area.

For power supply wiring, connect on-site industrial AC power supply to the designated power input terminals according to the voltage specification, ensuring positive and negative wiring correctness and firm wiring to avoid loose contact. For generator voltage and current sampling wiring, connect the generator secondary sampling signal line to the analog input terminals in strict accordance with the signal polarity, to ensure accurate sampling data.

For control signal wiring, connect external remote control switches and interlock signals to the digital input terminals, and set corresponding function parameters through the system program. For excitation output wiring, connect the excitation output terminals to the generator brushless excitation loop in a standardized manner to ensure stable current output transmission.

For communication wiring, select Ethernet or serial communication interface according to the on-site control system requirements, complete cable connection and protocol matching configuration. After all wiring is completed, conduct circuit inspection and insulation test, and perform parameter debugging and trial operation to ensure the wiring system operates normally.
