Input Specifications
This terminal board provides 24 completely independent, optically isolated discrete digital input channels, which effectively eliminate crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference to ensure stable signal collection. It is compatible with two mainstream field signal types: dry contact passive signals and 24 VDC wetted contact active signals.
The input channels adopt industry-standard logic threshold design: the signal turns ON when the input voltage is no less than 18 VDC, and switches OFF when the voltage drops below 5 VDC. The maximum allowable transient input voltage of each channel is 32 VDC, with a typical on-state operating current of 3–7 mA per channel, which matches the working characteristics of most on-site industrial switch sensors and contact devices.
For signal connection, all field equipment signals are uniformly terminated to the on-board screw terminal block. After filtering, isolation and signal conditioning, the field status signals are transmitted to the matched IS220PDIAH1B I/O module through a standard DB37 internal ribbon cable.
Output Specifications
There is no physical external output interface for field devices on the IS200STCIH2AED. Its internal output function is realized through signal data transmission: it converts collected on-site contact switch status and discrete state signals into standard digital bus data, and uploads the processed valid signal information to the Mark VIe main control system for real-time monitoring, logic interlock judgment and equipment state recording.

1. No Signal for All Channels
Fault Cause: Abnormal module power supply, loose DB37 internal cable, or poor backplane contact.

Troubleshooting: Adopt single-point cabinet grounding; separate signal cables from high-power cables; stabilize external 24 VDC power; replace faulty field switches.
4. Channel Stuck in Constant ON/OFF State
Fault Cause: Field short circuit, overvoltage damage or internal circuit failure of the terminal board.
