1. DC 24V Working Power Wiring
Power terminals locate on lower terminal row X200: terminal 1 = +24VDC positive pole; terminal 2 = 0V/GND negative pole
Cabinet PE protective ground wire connects dedicated grounding terminal, must implement reliable earthing
Recommend shielded twisted pair cable for power wiring; cable shielding layer single-end grounded inside control cabinet
2. On-site Measuring Sensor Signal Input Wiring (Terminal X400)
Terminal block X400 is dedicated for external analog signal access: generator voltage transformer, current transformer, transmitter 4–20mA signal connect corresponding channel terminals respectively
Wiring specification: AC voltage signal uses 1.5mm² insulated wire; 4–20mA current signal uses shielded twisted pair wire

3. Backplane Bus Communication Wiring

4. Fault Signal Output Wiring (Terminal X201)
X201 terminals are used for channel fault alarm passive contact output, can be connected to on-site alarm indicator light and DCS remote fault reporting system

5. Wiring Operation Important Notes
1. All wiring operations must be carried out under complete power-off state of excitation system to avoid high voltage electric shock and module burnout.
2. High voltage transformer secondary wiring and weak current signal wiring shall be laid separately in different wiring conduits to avoid electromagnetic crosstalk.
3. After wiring completion, conduct continuity test and insulation resistance test for each channel before power-on commissioning.
