The Emerson 5X00357G02 is a 16-channel enhanced events (SOE) digital input module for the Ovation DCS I/O chassis, capturing 24/48 V DC discrete transitions on rising and falling edges with <1 ms response and ≤1 ms timestamp resolution per channel, galvanically isolated at 1500 V RMS and drawing ~6 W from the backplane. Module Power Supply Input

The module draws operating power from the standard Ovation I/O rack backplane, fed by regulated 24 VDC chassis power. Under normal operating conditions, the typical power consumption is less than 8 W. Field Digital Signal Inputs
