GE 239-RTD-AN Standard Wiring Instruction
1. Main Control Power Wiring Terminals
Terminals L, N: Access AC/DC control power supply within 90~300V range; PE terminal must connect cabinet protective earth wire for safety grounding.
2. RTD Temperature Sensor Wiring (3-Wire Standard Connection)
Each temperature detection channel corresponds three terminals:
Terminal A: RTD sensor positive main line
Terminal B & C: Two compensation lead wires for resistance compensation
Strictly follow three-wire wiring sequence to ensure lead resistance automatic compensation function works normally; sensor cable adopts shielded twisted wire, shielding layer single end grounding.
3. Relay Trip & Alarm Dry Contact Wiring
Trip Output Contact: Normally open/ normally closed programmable contacts, series connected to motor contactor control loop, execute power-off trip action during overheating fault
Alarm Output Contact: Passive dry contact, connected to on-site audible and visual alarm device for overtemperature pre-warning signal
