KONGSBERG GBP200/BK10SX Standard Wiring & Connection Method
1. Power Wiring
Positive Terminal: Connect stabilized 24 VDC marine insulated power supply positive pole;
Negative Terminal: Connect power supply negative pole and cabinet system protective ground simultaneously;
Wiring requirement: Use shielded DC cables, power lines and signal lines must be routed separately to avoid electromagnetic interference.
2. RF Antenna Wiring
Connect dedicated Kongsberg coaxial antenna cable to the SPU RF interface, match with GBS fixed receiving antenna;
Antenna cables shall not be bundled with high-current power cables, and cable bending radius shall comply with factory specifications.
3. Modbus Communication Wiring
RS485 A/B terminals connect to upper DCS/ship automation system communication bus;
Use twisted-pair shielded communication cables, single-point grounding of shielding layer at the control cabinet end only.
4. Wiring Precautions
All wiring operations must be carried out under complete power-off status of the equipment;
Do not modify the internal wiring and RF components of the GBP200/BK10SX at will to avoid invalidating explosion-proof certification;
After wiring, perform channel address configuration and communication test via SENTRY dedicated debugging software before formal operation;
Ensure grounding resistance ≤4 Ω to guarantee stable RF signal reception.
