Basic Overview
Model: 4C2000.01-110
Product Type: C200 series integrated panel industrial controller
Power Input Specifications
Nominal input voltage: 24 VDC
Permissible operating voltage range: 18 VDC ~ 30 VDC
Quiescent operating current: 110 mA under 24 VDC working condition
Internal protection: reverse polarity protection, overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection
Ingress protection grade: IP20
Communication I/O Interfaces
IF1, IF2: Dual-channel RS232 serial ports without galvanic isolation, supporting bidirectional data transmission;
IF3: Galvanically isolated RS422/RS485 bus interface with differential signal input and output, compatible with Modbus RTU communication protocol.
Onboard Hardware Output
Two groups of Form-C relay outputs marked RO1 and RO2;
Single contact rating: 3A at AC250V, 1A at DC30V;
Each relay is equipped with normally open, normally closed and common terminals for switch quantity control output.
Expansion Backplane Bus
Adopts B&R dedicated CEX expansion bus;
Bus operating voltage: 5 VDC;
Maximum allowable bus load current: 1A;
Supports bidirectional real-time digital signal transmission for external I/O module expansion.
Auxiliary Output Signals
Independent backup power supply output for the built-in real-time clock;
LED indicator output for system operating status feedback;
No native onboard analog voltage and current I/O channels; analog and digital signal acquisition needs external expansion modules.
Environmental Parameters
Continuous operating temperature range: 0℃ ~ +50℃
Storage temperature range: -20℃ ~ +60℃

1. Pre-Commissioning Inspection
Hardware inspection: Check the device housing and display screen for damage, confirm no foreign matter inside the controller, and verify all terminals are securely crimped.
Wiring inspection
Power terminals: Ensure correct 24VDC positive/negative wiring without short circuit or reverse connection risks.
Communication terminals: Standardize RS232 and RS485/422 wiring per pin definition; isolate relay output terminals from high-power circuits to prevent signal interference.
Expansion bus: Inspect CEX backplane connector for intact pins, no bending or oxidation.
Environment inspection: Maintain ambient temperature within 0~50℃, ensure unobstructed cabinet ventilation, and eliminate oil mist and conductive dust accumulation.
2. Initial Power-On Test
Supply stable 24VDC power (allowable range: 18~30VDC) and confirm the power indicator lights up steadily without flickering.
Verify the RTC backup power works normally with no clock reset failure.
Restart the controller via the reset button, check for normal boot status without system crash or fault alarms.
3. Communication Connection & Software Configuration
Applicable tool: B&R PG2000 professional programming software
System firmware download: Toggle the node DIP switch to gear 6, connect PC to IF1 port via RS232 null-modem cable, set baud rate to 57600, and complete system firmware download.
User program download: Switch DIP switch to gear 7, reset the controller, and download the user logic project.
Normal operation mode: Set DIP switch to gear 5 for formal system operation.
Bus parameter configuration: Configure station address and baud rate for IF3 RS485/422 port, verify Modbus RTU read-write communication with external devices to ensure stable data transmission.
4. Onboard Relay Output Commissioning
Single-point function test: Trigger RO1 and RO2 relays independently through programming to check normal contact switching.
Rated load test: Connect standard load (3A/AC250V, 1A/DC30V), perform 50 consecutive switching tests, and confirm no contact adhesion, overheating or abnormal noise.
Logic linkage test: Verify automatic trigger and reset actions of relays under preset program interlock conditions.
5. CEX Expansion Bus Commissioning
Connect external I/O expansion modules via CEX bus, confirm the controller automatically identifies extended hardware.
Detect stable 5VDC bus voltage with load current kept below 1A.
Test bidirectional digital signal transmission to ensure normal signal acquisition and command execution of expansion modules.
6. System Integrated Simulation Commissioning
Offline simulation: Run programs in PG2000 offline mode to verify the correctness of logic flow, timing control and interlock actions.
Online idle test: Keep the controller running continuously for 2 hours, monitor CPU load, operating temperature and communication packet loss status.
Full linkage debugging: Connect on-site sensors and actuators, and verify coordinated operation of remote communication, relay output and expanded I/O signals.
7. Fault Verification & Protection Test
Simulate undervoltage and reverse power connection faults to confirm normal activation of built-in protection functions.
Simulate relay short-circuit faults, verify the controller outputs accurate fault prompts without hardware damage.
Record all abnormal conditions, optimize program interlock parameters and eliminate potential hazards.
8. Final Acceptance & Handover
Comprehensive recheck: Confirm communication, relay output, expansion bus and overall system stability fully meet design standards.
Archive key data including firmware version, project programs, commissioning records and parameter configurations.
Lock program upload permissions and mark the controller as officially operational.
