Input

Setpoint input: Accepts ±10 V DC analog command signal to define the target position of the proportional valve;

Enable input: Supports dry normally-open contact or 24 V DC logic signal to activate controller output;

Power input: Operating voltage ranges from 18–32 V DC, with nominal supply of 24 V DC.

Output

Proportional solenoid outputs: 2 independent drive channels, delivering PWM drive signals with maximum output current of 1.5 A per channel to control hydraulic proportional solenoids;

Monitoring analog outputs: Provides 0–10 V DC measurement signals corresponding to command setpoint and actual solenoid drive current for external monitoring systems;

Fault alarm output: Normally closed dry contact, which triggers status change when internal faults or output abnormalities are detected for remote failure indication.

The Noris SG2000 servo controller is designed for flat-surface mounting within electrical cabinets or junction boxes. Mounting orientation is flexible, and the device shall be fastened onto a solid mounting base with four M4 fixing screws.

All electrical connections are made via screw-type terminal blocks on the controller. Sufficient space needs to be maintained surrounding the unit to ensure effective natural heat dissipation, while leaving room for wiring work, routine checks and subsequent maintenance.

In order to reduce electromagnetic disturbance, low-level signal cables should be laid apart from high-current power cables and actuator cables.

As the controller carries an IP00 protection rating, it relies on the outer enclosure to shield against dust, water splashes and corrosive fumes. Do not install the unit in areas subjected to persistent heavy vibration, direct thermal radiation or ambient temperatures outside the specified operating limits.

Anti-static protection measures should be implemented during handling to avoid electrostatic damage to internal electronic components.
