Our main brand:
1.ABB's module cards, touch screens, controllers, etc., such as PP846 touch screen, IGCT starting with 5SHY, PM starting controller, AI, DO starting input/output module, SP starting Bailey module, etc
2.GE's module card CPUs, such as VMIC starter, IS200, IS215, IS400, IS420 series, etc,
3.Emerson's card components and EPRO probes, Westinghouse 1C series, Honeywell CC series, Schneider 140 series, Envision full series, Bentley 3500 series, Rexroth motors and drives, and Foxboro small modules.
Analog Inputs
Voltage Inputs: 3-phase AC voltage sensing for VT connection, burden <0.2 VA @120 VAC
Current Inputs: 7 CT circuits, selectable 1 A or 5 A nominal rating; withstand 2×In continuous, 100×In for 1 second; CT burden <0.5 VA (5 A version) / <0.3 VA (1 A version)
Digital Control / Status Inputs (Standard)
6 programmable dry-contact inputs (IN1~IN6), internally wetted with 24 VDC
Minimum pickup current >25 mA; used for breaker status, function blocking, oscillography trigger
Optional Expanded I/O: add extra 8 control inputs (IN7~IN14)
Output Contacts (Standard)
8 programmable output contacts: 6 Form-A, 2 Form-C (OUT1~OUT8)
Independent power supply alarm contact (Form-B)
Self-test fault alarm contact (Form-C)
Contacts comply with IEEE C37.90 standards, configurable latching or pulse operation
Optional Expanded Digital Outputs
Extra 15 programmable output contacts (OUT9~OUT23) when Expanded I/O option is fitted
Communication Interfaces
COM1: Front-panel RS-232
COM2: Rear RS-232
COM3: Rear terminal RS-485
Optional RJ45 Ethernet 10/100Base-T, supports Modbus TCP, DNP3 TCP, IEC 61850

Ensure all external circuits are de-energized. Short all CT secondary circuits prior to starting wiring work.
Install the M-3425A onto the panel and connect the protective earth terminal to a solid equipment grounding point.
Route secondary wiring from AC voltage transformers (VT) to analog voltage input terminals; comply strictly with specified phase sequence and official VT wiring schematic.
Connect secondary circuits of current transformers (CT) to analog current input terminals. Respect polarity dot markings on the relay and never allow open-circuit CT operation.
Hook up external dry-contact status signals to digital input terminals (IN1–IN6). Avoid applying external voltage to these internally wetted inputs.
Run wiring for trip circuits, alarm signals and control loads to programmable relay output contacts (OUT1–OUT8); isolate control power circuits for trip loops.
Lay communication cables to RS232, RS485 or optional Ethernet port. Adhere to shielding specifications for communication wiring.
Terminate auxiliary DC or AC supply wiring to the relay operating power terminals.
If the Expanded I/O option is equipped, wire additional digital inputs and outputs to matching rear terminals.
Thoroughly verify terminal tightness, phase sequence, CT polarity and insulation clearances.
Take away temporary CT shorting jumpers once the full wiring inspection is completed.
Apply auxiliary power, check measured metering data, and configure CT/VT ratios plus protection parameters through the front HMI or IPScom software.
