1. Definition of Five Core Cable Wiring Terminals
Black Wire + White Wire → Shutter Drive Power Terminals L1, L2 (Connect AC 102–264V power supply)
Blue Wire + Yellow Wire → Flame Signal Output Terminals S1, S2 (Transmit flame intensity signal to burner controller)
Green Wire → Protective Earth Ground, must connect equipment cabinet PE grounding bar reliably
2. Wiring Operation Steps
1. Power must be completely cut off before all wiring construction to avoid electric shock damage to internal shutter drive components.
2. Separate flame scanner wiring conduits strictly from high-voltage ignition cable pipelines; do not lay high voltage ignition wires and signal wires inside the same conduit to avoid electromagnetic signal interference causing false flame signals.
3. For wiring extension exceeding 30 meters: adopt single-core shielded wire for signal line separately, cable shielding layer single-end grounding inside control cabinet to prevent ground loop noise.
4. All wiring terminals need crimp terminal lugs for fixation to prevent wire loosening causing signal interruption or power supply failure.
3. Purge Air Pipeline Connection
Access dry, oil-free, dust-free compressed air to the 3/4" NPT purge port, control air pressure at 0.02-0.05MPa; continuous purging keeps scanner lens clean and reduces ambient high-temperature heat conduction to the sensor head.
