MCP-1004 Wiring Method

The CCC MCP-1004 module adopts standard terminal block modular wiring design, with clear functional zoning of power supply terminals, signal input terminals, control output terminals and communication terminals, realizing standardized and orderly on-site wiring.

For power supply wiring, connect the on-site DC 24V industrial power supply to the dedicated power input terminals of the module, strictly distinguish positive and negative poles, and ensure firm wiring connection to avoid poor contact caused by vibration. For analog signal wiring, connect field sensors and detection equipment to analog input terminals according to signal types, and connect field execution equipment to analog output terminals, ensuring correct signal polarity and shielded wire wiring to reduce industrial signal interference.

For digital signal wiring, access on-site interlock switches and status feedback signals to digital input terminals, and connect digital output terminals to controlled equipment and alarm devices to complete switch control circuit connection. For motion control wiring, connect pulse and direction signal terminals to servo and stepper motor drivers according to axis control requirements to realize precise motion control.

For communication wiring, select Ethernet or RS-485 interface according to upper system configuration, complete cable connection and protocol matching debugging. After all wiring is finished, conduct circuit insulation detection and signal testing, and perform parameter calibration and trial operation to ensure the module runs stably and reliably.
