The Rolls-Royce H1111.0204 (PN 75670) is an upgraded UP-series marine main controller for IAS/IPMS and DP systems, built around a ~1 GHz industrial x86/RTOS platform with dual 18–32 VDC redundant supply, CompactFlash firmware storage, 2×Ethernet + CANopen/CAN FD + RS-232/422 and 4–20 mA/PT100 I/O, in a 215×160×70 mm fanless aluminum housing rated −40 to +70 °C and DNV/LR/ABS approved. It executes propulsion, CPP pitch, genset and dynamic-positioning control loops with hot-standby redundancy and 10k-entry event logging, targeting offshore support vessels, tugboats and survey ships.
