Compatible Systems
This signal conversion module is fully compatible with mainstream industrial control systems, including various brand PLC platforms, distributed DCS control systems, marine engine monitoring & alarm systems, generator set automation control systems, as well as field-based measurement and data acquisition systems. It can seamlessly integrate into vessel automation cabinets, industrial onsite control panels and remote monitoring units for reliable signal interconnection.
Input Signal
Supports frequency input ranging from 0-3000 Hz. It is capable of processing both sine-wave and square-wave pulse signals transmitted from tachometers, rotational speed pick-up sensors, flow transmitters and other pulse-type field devices. The module provides good anti-interference performance to adapt to complex industrial electromagnetic field environments.
Output Signal
Multi-channel configurable output options are available for downstream instrument reception. It includes 4-20 mA DC analog current output, 1-5 V DC analog voltage output, and isolated pulse output. Converted signals can be directly fed to indicators, recorders, controllers and remote I/O modules.

Frequency Signal Acquisition and Conditioning
It accepts both sine-wave and square-wave pulse inputs sourced from speed pickups, tachometers, and flow sensors across a 0-3000 Hz working range. The unit suppresses field electromagnetic interference and stabilizes raw pulse signals to guarantee reliable signal reception under noisy site conditions.
Frequency-to-Standard Analog Conversion
Variable-frequency pulse signals are converted into universally-accepted industrial analog outputs including 4-20 mA DC current and 1-5 V DC voltage. These standardized signals are fully compatible with the input specifications of PLCs, DCS platforms, local display meters, and recording instruments.
Isolated Pulse Re-transmission
Equipped with galvanically isolated pulse output, the module forwards original pulse signals to peripheral devices, supporting secondary measurement and redundant data acquisition for multi-point monitoring architectures.
