1HC0026292R0202 ABB Standard Wiring Method
Pre-wiring Preparation
Completely cut off the cabinet power supply before wiring to avoid electric shock and module burnout.
Power Wiring
Connect 24VDC positive and negative cables to the dedicated power terminals of the module, fasten the terminals firmly, and connect the grounding wire to the module grounding terminal to enhance anti-interference performance.
Signal Wiring
Adopt shielded twisted-pair cables for all input and output signal lines. Wire strictly according to terminal definitions, distinguish analog and digital signal interfaces, and avoid wrong connection.
Installation & Post-wiring Check
Fix the module on standard DIN rail, separate signal cables from high-power AC cables to prevent interference. After wiring, check all terminals for looseness, power on and verify module running status and signal communication validity.
