Wiring and Installation Methods
Wiring Mode: The T8451 adopts bank-isolated fixed terminal wiring. Each of the five output groups uses independent terminal blocks to achieve electrical isolation between banks, preventing fault propagation and signal crosstalk across channels. Fixed screw terminals provide permanent vibration-resistant connection, suitable for long-term continuous operation in vibrating industrial sites. All field loops support full-time monitoring wiring for real-time circuit health diagnosis.
Installation Mode: Designed for Trusted system rack mounting with dedicated anti-lock vibration-proof latches. It also supports standard DIN rail mounting for flexible cabinet layout. The high-density strip structure optimizes multi-channel layout and reduces overall system cabinet occupancy.
