S77202-NANANANA KOLLMORGEN Input and Output
Input: 208–480 VAC three-phase main power supply and 24 VDC auxiliary control power supply. Multiple encoder feedback interfaces accept resolver, incremental encoder, EnDat, Hiperface and BISS signals. Dual-channel digital safety inputs support STO function, alongside freely configurable digital I/O inputs. Equipped with EtherCAT and CANopen fieldbus communication ports.
Output: Three-phase power output for driving servo motors, with terminals reserved for external braking resistor connection. Configurable digital outputs deliver status and fault alarm signals. Fieldbus interfaces transmit motion control data to realize system data interaction.

Wiring Method for Kollmorgen S77202-NANANANA
Perform all wiring with power disconnected. Wait at least 8 minutes after power-off for full discharge of DC bus capacitors, and use ESD protection to avoid electrostatic damage.
Main three-phase 208–480 VAC power connects to terminal block X0; L1/L2/L3 receive mains power and PE links to protective earth. Fit specified external fuses on the input side. The 24 VDC auxiliary control power connects to dedicated terminals to maintain communication and safety logic separately from main power.
Motor power cables attach to X9. U/V/W supply three-phase power to the servo motor, with motor PE connected to earth. Wire electromagnetic brake lines to matching X9 terminals if applicable. Use shielded motor cables with 360° shielding grounding on both ends. Install a matched series motor choke when cable length exceeds 25 meters. The external braking resistor connects to X8 DC bus terminals to consume regenerative energy, with a proper fuse installed on this circuit.
Shielded encoder cables plug into the dedicated encoder port to transmit resolver, incremental, EnDat, Hiperface and BISS feedback signals. Route feedback cables separately from high-power wiring to prevent signal interference.
The dual-channel STO safety circuit connects to X4A and X4B terminals to achieve SIL3 / PLe compliant Safe Torque Off. STO feedback signals can be wired to upper safety controllers for diagnosis. Configurable digital I/O terminates at X3A and X3B, handling enable signals, limit inputs and status/fault output for PLC interlocking.
EtherCAT and CANopen communication ports adopt shielded cables for multi-axis synchronization and data exchange. A 120 Ω terminating resistor should be fitted at the last bus node when necessary.
For EMC compliance, keep power and signal cables at least 200 mm apart without parallel routing. Cross cables at 90 degrees if unavoidable. Ensure all cable shields achieve low-resistance 360° contact and adopt unified cabinet grounding to avoid ground loops. Tighten all terminals to the required torque. Complete full wiring inspection to eliminate short circuits, reversed polarity and loose connections before power-on testing.
