1. 24VDC Power Electrical Wiring

Terminal V+: Positive pole of 24VDC DC control power supply

Terminal V-: DC power supply negative pole & signal common ground

PE Terminal: Protective earth terminal, must connect instrument cabinet equipotential grounding busbar

Wiring requirement: Adopt shielded two-core cable; shielding layer single end grounding on cabinet side, separate wiring layout from instrument high-voltage power line.

2. Compressed Air Pipeline Connection (Core Pneumatic Connection)

a. High-pressure Dry Air Inlet Port: Connect factory purified instrument air pipeline via 1/4 inch NPT thread fitting, install filter pressure reducing valve before inlet port

b. Cold Air Output Outlet: Connect chromatographic column oven and sample gas pipeline constant temperature air channel with high-temperature resistant PTFE air pipe

c. Hot Air Exhaust Outlet: Discharge hot waste air out of instrument cabinet, avoid hot air reflux causing temperature interference

3. Fault Signal Dry Contact Wiring

Normally open passive alarm contact terminals: Access PLC/DCS digital input channel, transmit air supply abnormality, ultra-low temperature fault remote alarm signal to upper control system.
