Woodward 9907-1183 Wiring Diagram Description

This controller adopts terminal block wiring with clear functional classification, the core wiring rules are as follows:

1. Power Wiring: Connect positive power to terminal 0 and negative power to terminal 1, with external fuse protection.

2. Speed Signal Wiring: Connect MPU speed sensor to terminal 2 and 3 via shielded twisted cable, single-end grounding at terminal 22.

3. Actuator Wiring: Connect actuator positive to terminal 20 and negative to terminal 21, shield wire to public grounding terminal.

4. Mode Switch Wiring: External switch controls switching between droop load sharing and isochronous parallel mode.

5. Trim Potentiometer Wiring: 10kΩ potentiometer connected to terminal 23 and 24 for fine speed adjustment.

6. Communication Wiring: Modbus A/B signals connect to terminal 25 and 26 with twisted pair cable.

7. Grounding: Concentrate all shielding and equipment grounding to terminal 22 for anti-interference.
