Wiring Method of ABB 3ADT218437R0001

Main AC Power Input Wiring

Connect AC220V auxiliary power cable to the dedicated terminal block on the board rear side. Match live wire, neutral wire and protective ground strictly; shield cable ground connects to cabinet grounding bar for anti-interference.

Backplane Bus Wiring

This 6U plug-in board inserts into UNITROL 6080 cabinet slot. The rear 96-pin connector automatically completes inter-board DC power transmission and digital signal communication with other control boards after full insertion and locking.

Analog Sampling Signal Wiring

Generator voltage and current sampling signals access via front pin headers. Use shielded twisted pairs; single-end grounding at cabinet side to avoid ground loop noise.

Internal DC Output Wiring

Onboard multi-channel isolated DC (+24V, ±15V, +5V) transmits to sampling chips and communication modules through backplane pins, no external wiring required.

Status Indicator & Debug Wiring

Front panel LED status lamps are hardwired onboard without extra wiring. Reserved test pin headers are for temporary debug cable connection only during maintenance.

EMC Wiring Rules

Separate power cables and weak analog signal cables with certain distance; all cable shields must be reliably grounded to cabinet metal frame.
