EATON XV-303-15-C02-A00-1B Standard Wiring & Connection Method

1. Power Supply Wiring

Positive terminal: Connect stabilized 24VDC industrial control power positive pole;

Negative terminal: Connect power negative pole and cabinet protective ground simultaneously;

Use shielded DC cables, separate power wiring from signal and communication wiring to avoid interference.

2. Ethernet Communication Wiring

Two RJ45 Ethernet ports can be configured as redundant network or independent control/monitoring network;

Adopt CAT5e/CAT6 shielded twisted pair cables, single-point grounding for shielding layer at cabinet side only.

3. Field Bus Wiring

PROFIBUS DP: Use dedicated PROFIBUS shielded cable, set terminal resistance at both ends of the bus;

CAN bus: CANopen wiring with twisted shielded cable, strictly follow bus topology;

RS485/RS232: Connect to peripheral instruments or auxiliary equipment communication terminals.

4. USB & SD Card Wiring

USB Host port for external mouse, keyboard, data U disk; USB Device port for program download from PC;

5. Wiring Precautions
