1. Power Wiring
The JPD connector is designed for 24 VDC diagnostic power input, which is sourced from the system TCPD core board. Wiring shall be implemented strictly in accordance with terminal polarity to prevent reverse connection. Standard wiring ensures continuous and stable power supply for normal board operation and real-time self-diagnosis functions.
2. Analog Input Wiring (4–20mA / Shaft Monitoring Signals)
The JBB terminal strip serves as the dedicated interface for field analog input signals. It is responsible for accessing 4–20 mA process measurement signals, as well as shaft voltage and shaft current monitoring signals transmitted from field sensors and transmitters. Strip field wires to a standard 10 mm conductor exposure length, fully insert the conductors into cage clamp terminals, fasten the fixing screws tightly, and perform a slight traction test to confirm secure and reliable connection.
3. Analog Output Wiring (4–20mA)
The JAA terminal strip is applied to analog loop output wiring. It transmits 4–20 mA control signals to field actuators, regulating valves and local control loads. Correct loop polarity must be maintained during wiring to guarantee precise and responsive regulation of field equipment.
4. System Bus Communication Wiring
Dual-channel JAI and JAJ COREBUS interfaces connect to the Mark V core control board to support high-speed system data interaction. All unused bus ports must be installed with matched terminal resistors to avoid signal reflection and prevent communication faults. The JEE interface establishes stable signal connection with the STCA core board to realize accurate data synchronization between system boards.
5. Backplane and Cable Wiring Standards
Use dedicated 64-pin flat ribbon cables for inter-board connection, and fully lock the bayonet latches at both cable ends to ensure stable electrical contact. Classify and arrange power cables, signal cables and communication cables separately during wiring to eliminate cross-interference and ensure signal transmission accuracy.
6. Wiring Specifications and Safety Regulations
Strictly avoid short circuits and open circuits at all power terminals and signal loops. All wiring operations must be completed in a fully power-off state, and hot-line wiring is prohibited. After completing all wiring work, conduct a comprehensive inspection to eliminate terminal looseness, misconnection and virtual connection before power-on testing.
