ABB 3HAC029818-001 DSQC663 Installation Method
Applicable installation carrier: Special internal rack of ABB IRC5 robot control cabinet, no independent external mounting support.

Mounting type: Vertical slide-in plug-in modular installation.

Pre-installation preparation: Align the slide rails on both sides of DSQC663 with the guide slots of the cabinet drive rack.

Insertion operation: Push the module horizontally backward along the guide rails until the rear golden connector completely fits the cabinet backplane bus interface.

Fixing step: Tighten four fixing screws distributed on the front panel of the module to lock the unit onto the rack frame.

Post-installation wiring: Power cables and motor servo cables are connected to the wiring terminals reserved at the bottom of the module.

Space requirement: Keep sufficient heat dissipation gap between adjacent drive modules on the rack after installation to avoid overheating.
