Input: Equipped with 4 independent galvanically isolated measurement channels. It supports three types of sensor inputs: proximity probe signals, Velomitor velocity transducer signals, and piezoelectric acceleration transducer signals. The module provides regulated -24 VDC transducer excitation voltage with stable output current for 3300XL series proximity probes. Each channel features 10 kΩ standard input impedance, with wide input signal voltage range for vibration and position measurement. It accurately monitors radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and shaft absolute position parameters.
Output: Each channel provides buffered transducer signal output via coaxial interface, with 550 Ω output impedance and built-in short-circuit protection. It supports isolated 4-20 mA DC analog recorder output, linearly proportional to the full-scale measured process variable, with stable current output and low ripple. The module converts field analog signals into digital data and transmits measurement values and alarm status to the 3500 rack backplane bus. It outputs alert and danger level alarm/trip logic signals to system relay modules. The module is powered entirely by the 3500 rack backplane with operating voltage of 18–30 VDC and typical power consumption of 7.7 W.

Multi-Parameter Machinery Measurement: The module supports flexible configuration through 3500 rack software based on channel pairing mode. It is capable of comprehensively measuring multiple key operating parameters of rotating machinery, including radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, REBAM, vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, and shaft absolute position. It allows two independent measurement functions to operate simultaneously on a single module to meet diversified field monitoring requirements.
Configurable Alarm and Protection Logic: It supports independent threshold configuration for Alert and Danger alarm levels with adjustable hysteresis parameters to avoid frequent alarm jitter. The module continuously compares real-time measured process values with preset threshold values, outputs accurate alarm and trip logic signals, and realizes reliable safety protection for rotating equipment against abnormal vibration and axial displacement faults.
Multi-Type Signal Output for External Connection: Each channel is equipped with a coaxial interface to output buffered raw sensor signals, which can be connected to oscilloscopes and external analysis equipment for on-site signal debugging and fault analysis. Meanwhile, it provides standard isolated 4-20 mA DC analog output, which linearly corresponds to the full-scale measurement value and is applicable for seamless data transmission with DCS and PLC control systems.
Digital Backplane Communication Transmission: The module converts collected analog field signals into standard digital data, and uploads real-time measurement values, alarm status information and module self-diagnostic data to the 3500 rack backplane bus. It supports unified data processing by the rack system and real-time data viewing and calling by the upper monitoring system.
Comprehensive Built-in Self-Diagnosis Function: It realizes full-cycle health monitoring of the entire measurement loop and module hardware. It can accurately identify and diagnose common faults such as sensor cable open circuit, short circuit and line abnormality, as well as module hardware failure and backplane power supply abnormality. Corresponding diagnostic alarms will be triggered timely to feed back the operating status of sensors and modules, facilitating rapid troubleshooting and maintenance.
High-Precision Vibration Data Acquisition: The module supports time-domain waveform acquisition and frequency-domain analysis of vibration signals, and can output dynamic vibration waveform data and keyphasor synchronous phase data. It provides complete data support for equipment operating condition analysis, fault diagnosis and equipment predictive maintenance work.
Standardized Machinery Protection Compliance: Designed and manufactured in full compliance with API-670 industrial standard for machinery protection systems.
