DS200TBCAG1AAB GE DCS Analog I/O Terminal Board

The GE DS200TBCAG1AAB is a Mark V Speedtronic TBCA control-analog terminal board that consolidates field 4–20 mA, ±10 V, high-voltage AC, RTD/TC and 24 VDC contact wiring onto dual 90-pin screw blocks and routes them to TCQA/TCCA I/O cards via backplane ribbon connectors, with per-channel fuses, MOVs and test points for passive protection and troubleshooting. Jumperless and backplane-powered with no on-board processor, rated for −20 to +70 °C cabinet mounting, it acts as the high-density, channel-fused wiring gateway between turbine-field devices and the Mark V analog/digital acquisition chain.

GE DS200TBCAG1AAB Installation Steps

1. Pre-Installation Preparation

Completely shut down the system power and field loop power supply. Inspect the board for physical damage, burnt spots and bent pins. Confirm the rack slot and backplane specifications are fully compatible with the GE Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system.

2. Board Mounting

Smoothly insert the DS200TBCAG1AAB board into the specified rack slot. Ensure full and reliable contact with the backplane, then tighten the fixing screws to firmly secure the board in position.

3. Backplane Cable Connection

Connect standard flat ribbon cables to the board’s 50-pin JCC and JDD interfaces as well as system core modules. Fasten and lock all connectors to guarantee stable power supply and continuous data transmission.

4. Field Signal Wiring

Complete field wiring for RTD temperature signals, 4–20 mA current signals and 0–10 VDC voltage analog input and output signals through terminal blocks. Strictly comply with polarity standards during wiring. Thoroughly eliminate hidden risks of loose connection, open circuit and short circuit.

5. Pre-Power-On Check

Lay power cables, signal cables and communication cables separately to prevent electromagnetic interference. Conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm all wiring is accurate and standardized. Install matched terminal resistors for all unused signal ports.

6. Power-On & Commissioning

Restore system power in compliance with standard operating procedures. The board will automatically initiate self-diagnosis after power-on.
