1. Compatible Systems
DCS System: Compatible with ABB Symphony Plus / INFI-90 distributed control systems. It adapts to Harmony series racks and realizes high-speed communication with IMMFP12 multi-functional processors through the backplane bus.
Safety Architecture: Supports TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) architecture and complies with SIL-2 safety control loop requirements. The redundant design allows hot-swap replacement of modules without system shutdown.
2. Supporting Software
The module is exclusively compatible with official ABB Symphony series software for configuration, commissioning and diagnosis. It supports a full range of functions including module parameter setting, servo control calibration, fault code reading, system interlock configuration and equipment maintenance calibration. Third-party general configuration software is not supported.
3. Input Signals
Command Input: Standard analog valve setpoint signals of 4-20mA and ±10VDC, transmitted from the DCS system.
Feedback Input: AC/DC compatible LVDT/RVDT displacement feedback signals, as well as 4-20mA analog feedback signals for pressure and flow parameters.
Fault Detection Input: Built-in signal acquisition for coil failure, circuit disconnection, LVDT abnormality and equipment overload status.
4. Output Signals
Servo Drive Output: PWM current output with typical specifications of ±40mA and ±100mA, capable of directly driving hydraulic servo valves of ABB, MOOG and other mainstream brands.
